This is a creamy and tart condiment to use in place of heavier dips, or with your egg breakfast (my favorite way) or on sandwiches, grilled meats...Think: anyplace you would use ranch dressing or guac and you get the idea. It's a five-ingredient wonder, don't you just love that?
Like it spicy? Add 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Notes: Greek yogurt is Chobani.
CHUNKY AVOCADO YOGURT
Ingredients: 1 large avocado, 1/2 tsp. lime juice, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup diced English cucumber, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt.
Makes about 2 cups.
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl, leaving a few chunks. Sprinkle over the lime juice, mix in.
2. Add yogurt to a bowl, combine well.
3. Stir in cucumbers and garlic salt.
Tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
