You can absolutely substitute vodka for the bourbon if you prefer a less smoky taste!

EGGNOG MARTINI
Ingredients: 3 ounces (shots) eggnog, 1-ounce bourbon, 1-ounce Amaretto, whipped cream, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, honey, cinnamon stick.
Makes 1.
Method:
1. Make cinnamon-sugared rim: To a saucer or small bowl, add 2 tbsp. honey. In a separate saucer or bowl, mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.
2. Dip the glass into the honey, followed by the cinnamon sugar.
2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in eggnog, bourbon, and Amaretto. Shake well!
3. Strain into the glass. Garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick
