HERB-Y MAYO
Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. each of fresh chopped cilantro, parsley, and dill, 1 tsp. minced garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon (opt.), 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Makes about 2/3 cup.
1. Whip all ingredients together in a bowl with a spatula or whisk. Remove to a covered container, and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
